    I'd posted some photos of the next DA 35mm f2.8 Macro Limited
    on flickr, taken during Salon de la Photo, Paris 2007.

    I wasn't able to test it, since it was not completely functionnal according to Pentax staff member.

    Thank you, meuh. This lens looks great and I believe it will be great in IQ.

    Don't you know is it a working sample or just a mock-up?

    Staff on Pentax booth say me the focus ring was not usable. So not a working sample.

    Meuh,
    I am waiting for that new 18-250mm which should be in very soon; ordered it about 3 weeks ago.
    Do you think this lens has acceptable optics/rendering? Just wondering if I did make agood choice.

    Meuh,
    I've checked the photos (at Flickr) you took with the 18-250mm DA Lens and they really look sharp.
    Now ... I know why a good percentage of my shots ended up in Photoshop for immense retouching! I have been using a Sigma 28-200mm all along but I am realizing that the K10D can be as good as the lens it is matched with ... or perhaps the photographer (me!).
