Pentax web is growing internationally. Pentaxeros.com - online forums, galleries and webblog for Spanish speaking Pentaxians opened its doors today.

Bienvenidos Pentaxeros. Espero que os sintáis como en casa.

Hola a todos los Pentaxer@s. He abierto este portal para que todos disfrutemos un poco, ya que vais a tener acceso a galerías, foros, seccion de download con manuales, últimos firmwares, etc etc ...

Para los nuevos integrantes os quiero anunciar, que a los 50 primeros les haré el regalo de una galería personal de 100 Mb cada una para subir fotos ( todas de la temática y no para hacer hotlink). Podrán disfrutarla todos aquellos 50 primeros usuarios que se den de alta en el portal, pero para ello deben enviarme un correo con su usuario del portal, su nombre y ciudad de residencia ( por supuesto que estos datos son confidenciales). A los 50 siguientes les haré un regalo de una cuenta de correo con subdominio que quieran de pentaxeros.com y deberan enviarme los datos anteriormente citados. Debéis enviarme los datos a admin@pentaxeros.com .
**Nota** las galerías se mantendran 4 meses y las cuentas de correo el mismo tiempo, con esto quiero decir que si se está mas de 4 meses sin acceder al portal, me veo obligado a cerrarlas, excepto en casos excepcionales, que debéis avisarme con algo de antelación. Cualquier sugerencia me la comentáis en mi correo.

No quiero centrar el foro solo a pentax, aunque claro está con el nombre del portal el punto de referencia es pentax, pero ante todo es un portal de fotografía.

PD: Necesito ayuda de colaboradores en el portal, ya que yo solo, estoy desbordado.

PentaxLife blog and forum have a new home - more roomy and (I hope) more reliable. Probably, you have already noticed a reduction in page loading time.

Need info if possible on the proposed Pentax DA*
60-250mm f/4. Does anyone know what the filter
size is for the lens. I called Pentax in Golden,
Colorado, but they did not know.

If other lenses works good, so it should be Tamron's problem. May be even problem of this Tamron 90mm copy.

I have a Pentax K10D and when I mount my Tamron 90mm Macro I have great difficulty getting a focus under low incandescent light situations...I don't have this problem with the Sigma 70mm Macro or the Sigma 17-70mm lens. Si my question is...is this the Tamron lens alone or does the K10D have difficulty focusing in low incandescent light? Any experience with this problem, ideas or theories?

We have tried to make it clean and simple. At the first look, it differs from the most forums and bulletin boards, but it is just much easier to use. Q: How do I paste photo into post?
A: If you want to share you photo (or any other image), upload it on your own blog or Flickr/PBase/etc. account, copy image location into clipboard and then type the following in your post: <img src=", paste your image url and type " />. All the code will be something like <img src="http://some-site.com/some-folder/some-photo.jpg" />. Please avoid posting images more than 680 pixels wide. If you need to show bigger picture, just paste its url into your post.

Q: How do I subscribe to the new posts in the particular thread?
A: In the end of each thread you can find a link to thread's RSS feed. Add it to your feed reader and you will never miss any replies or interesting posts. Also you can mark any thread as your favorite and subscribe to your custom RSS feed at the "Favorites" page of your profile.
